Receptionists we're lovely and friendly, room was immaculate, had breakfast across the road and the service was great
The staff were lovely and as a wheelchair user, what I love about a Premier Inn is you know exactly what you're going to get and if you book early enough, the prices aren't too bad. This was outside of town, but quiet, with loads of parking and the usual Brewsters Fayre for food and drink. Staff were lovely
As expected in the Premier Inn was fantastic. The receptionist at the front desk were polite and welcoming. The room was lovely, the bed super comfortable, I had a fantastic night sleep.
Lovely, friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were clean. Access for disabled at main entrance was very good with automatic opening doors. Could do with a plug socket and USB C at each side of the bed. Definetly recommended.
We had a good stay at this Premier Inn. The bed was comfortable and we slept well, which is always a plus. The location was very convenient for exploring the area and getting around. The bathroom was on the smaller side, but mostly clean and functional. Nothing fancy, but everything you need for a short stay. Overall, a decent hotel that does what it promises.
This premier inn and brewers fayre are undoubtedly the best I have ever stayed in. The staff were fantastic. The food was fantastic. This my fifth visit and I will certainly be coming back.
Cannot fault this place. Fabulous rooms and people, breakfast across the car park was absolutely fantastic value and of very good quality. Located within five minutes walk of Ebbw Vale Parkway, gives a very easy and affordable link to Newport and Cardiff. Thank you for everything. Regards Gareth
One of the better ones, and I stay in a lot. Staff friendly, room clean, good parking (free with registration). Room was a little bit tired here and there, maybe getting due for a refit, but everything worked and it was spotlessly clean. Good paid wifi. Breakfast next door in the brewers fayre was outstanding (within the constraints of the prem inn breakfast) - it's surprising how many sites get it wrong, but no complaint here, it was excellent.
